Entrance armored door made of 1.2mm powder-coated metal and 10mm MDF milled panel with laminate coating.
 
The structure of the leaf consists of two 10mm MDF laminated panels, between which a 1.2mm thick metal sheet is placed. The leaf is filled with mineral wool for noise and heat insulation, with additional metal ribbing. The thickness of the leaf is 70mm. The front and rear panels have a beautiful milled pattern, which gives a stylish finish to the models. On the hinge side, the leaf is reinforced with six passive spikes, which enter the frame when the door is closed.
 
The frame is adjustable, with sills on both sides. The door can be offered for a wall thickness from 150mm to 440mm. The door has a factory-installed rubber seal along the frame, as well as a “L-shaped” sill strip, which helps to provide better insulation and create a threshold.
 
The door is equipped with two independent locking systems, each with three active bolts, and a third, hidden latch lock has been added on the inside. The upper lock cylinder on the inside has a factory-installed “turn” instead of a key, which serves to facilitate locking.
 
The set includes: a door leaf, an adjustable frame and hardware, which includes: a stainless steel satin-finished removable handle for the inside of the door and optionally a removable or passive handle for the outside (the passive handles we offer are of two types - "crescent" and "cigar"), a peephole with a metal hammer, hinges, two secret cartridges and a third additional lock, cartridge armoring with recessed anti-breaking caps.
